Is the free plan really free?
Yes. 3 files a day, each up to 30 minutes, with no account and no credit card. There's no watermark and no trial that expires.
Can I cancel Premium anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the period you paid for. Yearly plans can be refunded within 14 days if you've used less than 2 hours of audio.
What happens if I use all 25 hours?
You can keep using the free tier for the rest of the month, and your Premium hours reset on your billing date.
Do you offer human transcription?
Not currently. Our transcripts are made by AI; for court or medical records that must be verbatim, use a certified human transcription service.
